You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You do not need to give a reason.
If your item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong
You do not need to send it back. Email us a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. This costs you nothing.
If you changed your mind
- Email us with your order number. You can find it in your confirmation email; it starts with #.
- We will reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please wait for them before sending anything. A parcel that arrives without notice is very hard to match to an order.
- Send the item back unused or lightly tried, with all its parts and original packaging.
- Send us the tracking number of your return.
Return shipping
If you changed your mind, the return shipping is paid by you. Our products ship from our fulfillment partner, and the return address may be outside the United States, so international postage can cost more than you expect. We will tell you the return address before you send anything, so you can decide whether a return is worth it for you.
If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, you pay nothing (see above).
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we will email you to confirm and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. The original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.
Items we cannot accept
Items that are damaged by use, missing parts, or sent back more than 30 days after delivery. If you are unsure, email us first. We would rather answer a question than refuse a parcel.
Exchanges
We do not do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order. It is faster for you.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible.
