These terms apply when you use strowa.com or buy from us. The store is operated by Strowa LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Strowa", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We have tried to write them in plain English.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order before it ships, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies to your address. Shipping to the United States is free. We check our prices carefully, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will cancel the order and refund you in full rather than ship it at the wrong price.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping times are described in our Shipping policy, which is part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns & refunds policy is part of these terms. It gives you 30 days from delivery to return an item.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the real item. Please follow the instructions included with each product.

Warranties

Products are covered by any warranties that apply under the law of your state. Apart from those, and apart from what we promise in our Shipping and Returns policies, products are sold without additional warranties. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Strowa is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as lost profits or lost time, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for personal injury caused by negligence.

The text, design and logo of this site belong to Strowa LLC. Some product images may belong to the manufacturer. Please do not copy them without permission.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first at strowasupport@gmail.com. Most problems can be fixed quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You may also bring a claim in the small claims court where you live. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
